Start new blender version (to open the newer version of blender go to the folder where you installed it and launch it), then open your blend file from the blender software. Expected behavior: When I open the Start menu -> All Applications from any user account, the Blender folder should be gone, and all four shortcuts should be visible in the Blender Foundation folder.
